Bid WhistPeople swear by poker, lust for bridge. But according to plenty of card sharks the game called BID WHIST is about the most fun, most challenging card game ever invented. Combining poker's emphasis on bluffing, bridge's demand for careful analysis and savvy bidding, and spades' reliance on team play, the game long has flourished in the African-American community and might date to the days of slavery. We know for sure it’s been around since the 20th century and was played on the railroads in the south.

SpadesSpades is a trick-based card game, with spades as the trump suit, played with two teams of two members each. For each hand the teams bid to take a number of tricks.

PinochleWe use various hint bids to convey information during the bid. These bidding conventions provide information about possession of parts of the Double Pinochle, runs, Aces, and the potential for holding Double Aces, Kings, Queens, or Jacks Around in a partnership.
